Nettles or razor clams. Sockeye salmon. Porcini mushrooms. Pacific Northwest oysters. These are just some of my favorite local ingredients to cook with each season. Because our menu has an emphasis on fresh ingredients, sometimes you’ll see something different on the website from what you actually have in the restaurant.
