Ever wish you could chat with Chefs Ethan Stowell and Joe Ritchie over fresh shucked oysters? Join us for our Live Oyster Shucking Pop-up in Goldfinch Tavern for an elevated Happy Hour experience! Watch our favorite chefs shuck bivalves while you sit back and sip bubbles and brew. Ask them questions, share a joke or simply watch how many oysters they can shuck in two hours.

Bar seating is first-come-first-served but Happy Hour can be experienced throughout the dining room.
