Chef Jeffrey Hunter presents a three-course Pacific Northwest–inspired meal, beginning with a choice of seasonal starters such as Deviled Eggs, Butternut Squash Ravioli or Mushroom Terrine. Entrées include holiday favorites- Heirloom Roasted Turkey, Slow-Roasted Ribeye or King Salmon. End the meal with a decadent fall dessert from Pastry Chef Danielle Grogan.

This Christmas Eve, celebrate with a festive feast at Goldfinch Tavern. Begin with a lavish appetizer buffet featuring an abundant display of fresh and cured seafood, artisan cheese and charcuterie, salads and savory pastries and breads. For your main course, select from black cod, king salmon, roasted turkey, NY strip or ricotta agnolotti. Conclude the evening with the decadent dessert buffet to sweeten the holiday featuring eggnog cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake and apple crumble tarts.
