Chef Jeffrey Hunter presents a three-course Pacific Northwest–inspired meal, beginning with a choice of seasonal starters such as Deviled Eggs, Butternut Squash Ravioli or Mushroom Terrine. Entrées include holiday favorites- Heirloom Roasted Turkey, Slow-Roasted Ribeye or King Salmon. End the meal with a decadent fall dessert from Pastry Chef Danielle Grogan.

For your main course, select from black cod, king salmon, roasted turkey, NY strip or ricotta agnolotti.
