Celebrate International Women’s Month with Chef Danielle Grogan’s Strawberry Bliss, a dessert inspired by her lifelong love of strawberries. As a child, strawberries were her greatest delight; she even asked for them as birthday gifts and adored anything reminiscent of classic strawberry shortcake.

Strawberry Bliss is her “grown‑up” take on that childhood joy: layers of white chocolate sponge cake, strawberry crèmeux, strawberry–mint compote, strawberry Bavarian, and a delicate cornmeal crumble, all coming together in a vibrant, elegant tribute to her favorite fruit.

Indulgent, nostalgic, and beautifully crafted, this dessert available for lunch and dinner in Goldfinch Tavern, is Chef Danielle’s heartfelt celebration of flavor, memory, and artistry.

For the month of March, $2.00 of each dessert will benefit the Jubilee Women’s Center, Seattle’s first transitional home for women.

Held at the Ballroom of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, the traditional menu is perfect for large families and groups of friends, and our youngest VIPs will be treated to a visit by the Easter Bunny.
