PASTA COURSE
All items should be baked in the oven at 375°F.
BAKED ZITI
Estimated bake time: 20 minutes
Let the baked ziti rest for 20 minutes outside of your fridge. Keep dish covered, and place in oven at 375°F for 15 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake uncovered for 5 more minutes to let cheese on top get golden-brown. Remove from oven and dish is ready to eat. Temperature inside dish should reach 165°F.
CANNELLONI
Estimated bake time: 20 minutes
Let the cannelloni rest for 20 minutes outside of your fridge. Keep dish covered, and place in oven at 375°F for 15 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake uncovered for 5 more minutes to let cheese on top get golden-brown. Remove from oven and dish is ready to eat. Temperature inside dish should reach 165°F.

ENTRÉES
All items should be baked in the oven at 375°F.
ROASTED HAM
Estimated Cooking time: 15 minutes
Let the ham rest for 10 minute outside of your fridge. Keep the ham covered, and place in oven at 375°F for 10 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove ham from the oven and enjoy. Internal temperature of ham should reach 165°F.
SIGNATURE CEDAR PLANK SALMON
Estimated bake time: 10 minutes
Let the salmon rest for 10 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid on the salmon and place in oven for 10 minutes. Internal temperature of salmon should reach 145°F. Once removed from the oven, finish by drizzling tomato chimichurri on the salmon.
ROASTED RIB EYE
Estimated cooking time: 12 - 21 minutes
Let rib eye rest for 10 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid from the steak and place in the oven for 12 - 21 minutes depending on your desired temperature. After you pull your steak out of the oven, let it rest at least for 3 minutes before slicing. Finish by drizzling the red wine sauce over the steak and enjoy with creamy horseradish on the side.
MEDIUM RARE: 12 minutes in oven, internal temperature should reach approximately 135°F
MEDIUM: 16 minutes in oven, internal temperature should reach approximately 145°F
WELL: 21 minutes in oven, internal temperature should reach 155°F
STUFFED BUTTERNUT SQUASH
Estimated cooking time: 20 minutes
Let butternut squash rest for 10 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove lid, and place in oven at 375°F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy. Internal temperature of dish should reach 165°F.

All items should be baked in the oven at 375°F.
BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Estimated bake time: 15 minutes
Keep the brussels sprouts covered, and place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Temperature inside brussels sprouts should reach 165°F. Remove from oven and finish with balsamic drizzle.
POTATO GRATIN
Estimated bake time: 15 minutes
Keep the dish covered, and place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Temperature inside potato gratin should reach 165°F.
ROASTED ROOT VEGETABLES
Estimated bake time: 15 minutes
Keep the vegetables covered, and place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake uncovered for the remaining 5 minutes. Temperature inside vegetables should reach 165°F. Remove from oven and your roasted root vegetables are ready to eat.
TWICE BAKED POTATOES
Estimated bake time: 10 minutes
Remove lid from potatoes, place in oven for 10 minutes. Temperature inside potatoes should be reach 165°F. Remove from oven and your twice baked potatoes are ready to eat.
WILD MUSHROOMS
Estimated bake time: 15 minutes
Keep the mushrooms covered, and place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and stir with a spoon, then continue to bake uncovered for the remaining 5 minutes. Temperature inside your wild mushrooms should reach 165°F. Remove from the oven and the mushrooms are ready to eat.
LENTIL & QUINOA STEW
Estimated bake time: 15 minutes
Keep the lentil & quinoa stew covered, and place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove lid and stir with a spoon and continue to bake uncovered for the remaining 5 minutes. Temperature inside your stew should reach 165°F. Remove the stew from the oven and it is ready to eat.
GREEN BEANS
Estimated bake time: 15 minutes
Keep the vegetables covered and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and continue to bake uncovered for the remaining 5 minutes. Temperature inside green beans should reach 165°F. Remove the green beans from the oven and they are ready to eat.

Children’s Grilled Salmon
Estimated bake time: 10 minutes
Let the salmon rest for 10 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid on the salmon and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Internal temperature of salmon should reach 145°F and it is ready to eat.
Children’s Petit Beef & Broccoli
Estimated bake time: 13 minutes
Let the beef & broccoli rest for 10 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid and place in the oven for 13 minutes. Internal temperature of beef should reach 165°F and it is ready to eat.
Children’s Baked Ziti
Estimated bake time: 20 minutes
Let the pasta rest for 10 minutes outside of your fridge. Keep the ziti covered, and place in oven for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and continue to bake uncovered for 5 more minutes until the cheese on top is golden-brown. Temperature inside ziti should reach 165°F and it is ready to eat.

COCKTAILS
HOLIDAY COCKTAIL KIT - Apple-Pear Mule
Fill desired glass with ice and pour vodka and cocktail mixture over ice. Top with Rachel’s Ginger Beer. Give cocktail a quick stir. Garnish with apple sphere and dehydrated spiced pear.
HOLIDAY COCKTAIL KIT - Egg Nog
Can be enjoyed hot or cold! If your choice is hot, pour egg nog into sauce pan and bring egg nog to a simmer over low heat.
Pour rum into desired glass or mug. Pour egg nog (whether hot or cold) over rum. Sprinkle spice mixture over the top of cocktail.
HOLIDAY COCKTAIL KIT - Goldfinch Hot Toddy
Heat up mixture and once steaming, pour over bourbon in your favorite holiday mug. Give cocktail a quick stir with spoon. Garnish with dehydrated lemon and star anise. Cheers!
