Overlooking views of Elliott Bay, start with family-style appetizers such as mushroom-dinah’s cheese crepes, fried oysters, tuna tartare, caviar & cauliflower cream and more. Then choose your own entrée, from prime rib of wagyu beef and roasted organic turkey breast to seared steelhead and goat cheese ravioli. Celebrate further and add a wine pairing created by our sommelier.
No thanksgiving feast is complete without the sides: wild mushroom bread pudding, Yukon gold mashed potatoes with chives, roasted yams, roasted green beans, cranberry sauce and brioche rolls.
End Thanksgiving with sweet treats such as classic pumpkin pie with vanilla bean cream and bourbon caramel sauce, warm chocolate pecan tarts or cinnamon dusted donut holes. Kids have their own three-course menu to choose from.
