Take a seat and watch as Chef Jeffrey Hunter and the culinary team fills each plate and glass with passion and artistry. Enjoy a choice of starters from the bountiful appetizer buffet featuring Pumpkin Spiced Burrata, Baby Beet Salad, a Seafood Display and much more. Select an entrée from a variety of dishes including a Coffee Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Olive Oil Poached Blue Fin Tuna, or Truffle Sweet Potato Ravioli. Finish off with Chef Danielle Grogan’s decadent dessert buffet, filled with holiday treats like Maple Poached Pear Panna Cotta, Eggnog Cheesecake, and Pumpkin Tart.
