In addition, enjoy fresh fruits, Macrina pastries, artisan charcuterie and cheeses, burrata with confit tomatoes, and seasonal salads. For your main course, select from roasted turkey with pommes purée, confit leg, Chef Corbin Englerth’s stuffing and giblet gravy; ricotta agnolotti with butternut squash and foraged mushrooms; black cod with bonito butter and baby carrots; grilled New York strip steak with Dungeness crab whipped potatoes and winter greens; or King Salmon with potato pavé and lemon-butter sauce. Conclude the evening with the decadent dessert buffet to sweeten the holiday.
