Make Thanksgiving at Goldfinch Tavern an annual tradition, where sweeping Elliott Bay and Puget Sound views create the perfect backdrop for a festive gathering. Chef Jeffrey Hunter presents a three-course Pacific Northwest–inspired meal, beginning with a choice of seasonal starters such as Deviled Eggs, Butternut Squash Ravioli or Mushroom Terrine. Entrées include holiday favorites- Heirloom Roasted Turkey, Slow-Roasted Ribeye or King Salmon. End the meal with a decadent fall dessert from Pastry Chef Danielle Grogan.
