Join us for an intimate wine dinner featuring The Donum Estate, a Sonoma winery known for its single-vineyard, single-appellation Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with remarkable depth and balance. Chef Jeffrey Hunter and his culinary team will present a thoughtfully curated five-course menu, each dish intentionally paired with Donum’s newest releases: the crisp and elegant 2018 Blanc de Blancs; the rich and vibrant 2019 Careneros Chardonnay; and the fresh, delicate 2024 Rosé of Pinot Noir. The evening will also showcase two distinct Pinot Noirs from the 2022 vintage, one from the Russian River Valley with ripe, aromatic character; and one from Carneros, known for its bold structure and complex finish. Throughout the night, learn from Fabian Torres Camacho, Donum’s Ambassador, about Donum’s thoughtful approach to winemaking, where each bottle reflects the unique energy of the land and a deep respect for craft.
