To enjoy your meal, you will need to reheat some of your items.
All items should be baked in the oven at 375°F.

Wild King Salmon
Let the salmon rest for 10 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid on the salmon and place in the oven at 375°F for 10 minutes. Once salmon is removed from the oven, cut off string. Finish with chermoula sauce on top. Internal temperature of salmon should be at 145°F.
RR Ranch New York Steak*
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid on the steak and place in the oven at 375°F. Once steak is removed from the oven, finish with demi-glace. All steaks are to rest 3 minutes before slicing.
MEDIUM RARE: 12 minutes in oven, internal temperature should reach approximately 135°F
MEDIUM: 16 minutes in oven, internal temperature should reach approximately 145°F
WELL: 21 minutes in oven, internal temperature should read 155°F
Anderson Farms Rack of Lamb
Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid from the rack of lamb and place in oven at 375°F for 12 minutes. Once lamb is removed from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing the meat. Internal temperature of lamb should be at 145°F.
All Vegetables Sides
Keep lid on container and place in oven at 375°F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the lid and continue to bake uncovered for five more minutes. Remove the vegetables from the oven and serve. Internal temperature of vegetables should be at 165°F.
Lobster Mac “n” Cheese
Let the mac “n” cheese rest for 15 minutes outside of your fridge. Keep lid on container and place in oven at 375°F for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the lid and continue to bake uncovered for five more minutes to allow cheese on top to become golden brown. Remove the container from the oven and serve. Internal temperature of vegetables should be at 165°F.
