ENTRÉES

All items should be baked in the oven at 375°F.

DIVER SCALLOPS
Estimated bake time: 10 minutes  

Let the scallops rest for 20 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid on the scallops and place in oven for 10 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.  Once removed from the oven, finish with salmoriglio.

SIGNATURE CEDAR PLANK SALMON
Estimated bake time: 12 minutes  

Let the salmon rest for 20 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid on the salmon and place in oven for 12 minutes. Internal temperature of salmon should reach 145°F.  Once removed from the oven, finish by drizzling tomato chimichurri on the salmon. 

ROASTED NEW YORK STEAK
Estimated bake time: 12 - 21 minutes  

Let New York rest for 15 minutes outside of your fridge. Remove the lid from the steak and place in the oven for 12 - 21 minutes depending on your desired temperature. After you pull your steak out of the oven, let it rest at least for 3 minutes before slicing. Finish by drizzling the red wine sauce over the steak.

MEDIUM RARE: 12 minutes in oven, internal temperature should reach approximately 135°F

MEDIUM: 16 minutes in oven, internal temperature should reach approximately 145°F

WELL: 21 minutes in oven, internal temperature should reach 155°F
 
EGGPLANT OSSOBUCO
Estimated bake time: 15 minutes  

Let eggplant ossobuco rest for 15 minutes outside of your fridge. Place in oven at 375°F for 10 minutes, covered. Remove lid and bake for another 5 minute. Remove from oven and enjoy. Internal temperature of dish should reach 165°F.

All items should be baked in the oven at 375°F.

ASPARAGUS
Estimated bake time: 8 minutes 

Keep the asparagus covered, and place in oven for 8 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Temperature inside brussels sprouts should reach 165°F. 

LOBSTER MAC & CHEESE
Estimated bake time: 20 minutes 

Keep the dish covered, and place in oven for 15 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake uncovered for 5 minutes until cheese gets golden-brown. Temperature inside mac & cheese should reach 165°F. 

TWICE BAKED POTATOES
Estimated bake time: 10 minutes 

Remove lid from potatoes, place in oven for 10 minutes. Temperature inside potatoes should be reach 165°F. Remove from oven and your twice baked potatoes are ready to eat. 

WILD MUSHROOMS
Estimated bake time: 15 minutes  

Keep the mushrooms covered, and place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and stir with a spoon, then continue to bake uncovered for the remaining 5 minutes. Temperature inside your wild mushrooms should reach 165°F.  Remove from the oven and the mushrooms are ready to eat.

COCKTAIL

COCKTAIL KIT - BERRY SPECIAL

Contents: Maker’s Mark Bourbon, cocktail mixture (contains blackberry-sage shrub, lemon, cardamom bitters), dehydrated lemon wheel

Shake bourbon and cocktail mixture with ice for 10 seconds (if you do not have cocktail shaker, you can vigorously stir in a bowl filled with ice.) Strain mixture evenly between rocks glasses filled with ice. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.
